You do not have to be a professional or hire one to make an IntheGlo video - just aim, shoot and upload.Why should I use IntheGlo instead of eBay, Etsy, Craigslist or ShopFlick?IntheGlo is combining the best of every site and making it all come to life with video. Why do I need to register?In order to buy, sell or create a profile you must be a registered IntheGlo user. Registering for IntheGlo is as easy as 1-2-3. Please familiarize yourself with IntheGlo's Terms of Use (should be highlighted and link directly to Terms of Use page) before you register. Since IntheGlo is an e-commerce site, registered users must be 18 years of age or older. Click here to register.Can I browse without registering?Yes, IntheGlo is a free site for you to enjoy. You must be 18 years of age or older to register. All you will need is a valid email address. Click here to register.How will I know when my account is activated?After you register you will receive an email with a unique "Glo Code". The first time you sign in you will be asked to enter this one-time code. Once you have logged in for the first time using your code you will receive an official welcome email and your account will be activatedCan I change my username?IntheGlo usernames cannot be changed since they will be the name of your IntheGlo channel. Please think about your username carefully and be sure it is something that your will remember and not tire of.Help! I can't remember my password.If you can't remember your password, just click the "Whoops! I forgot my password" link on the log in page. You will be promoted to answer your security question. Once you have answered it right, you will be sent your password in an email.Help! I can't remember my security question or answerIf you can't remember your security question or answer, go to the "Whoops! I forgot my password" page and fill in your username and email. Your password will be sent to you in an email.How do I change my password?Once IntheGlo has sent you your password, click the "Reset Password" link on the log in page. You will be asked to type in your username, old password, email and a new password twice. Your new password will be sent to you in an email.What happens if I forget my username?If you forget your username, click the "Forgot Username" link on the log in page. You will be asked to type in your first name, last name, and email address. IntheGlo will send you your username. Remember, you cannot change your user name so be sure to pick something that you will not forget.Account FAQ'sHow do I change my personal information?If you need to update your email address, street address, name or any other personal information simply sign into IntheGlo and head to your "My IntheGlo" page. There, you will be able to change all your personal information on file. How do I change my credit card information?If you need to change your credit card information, sign into IntheGlo and head to your "My IntheGlo" page. Select "Change billing information" and you will be able to change your credit card on file. NOTE: We will run a pre-auth on your new card and all outstanding charges will be carried over to your new card. Can I close my account to start a new one?You can cancel your account at anytime, but in order to start a new one you will need to use a different email address and none of your information will be carried over. For security reasons, usernames and emails can't be reused once they are in our system. Will I be charged to cancel my account?No, you will not be charged to cancel your account, but if you have any outstanding fees they will automatically be paid with the credit card we have on file. |
