If you need to change your credit card information, sign into IntheGlo and head to your "My IntheGlo" page. Select "Change billing information" and you will be able to change your credit card on file. NOTE: We will run a pre-auth on your new card and all outstanding charges will be carried over to your new card.

You can cancel your account at anytime, but in order to start a new one you will need to use a different email address and none of your information will be carried over. For security reasons, usernames and emails can't be reused once they are in our system.
