Sponsor provides this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the Website. What type of PII does Sponsor collect from you and how do we use it?Registrants must provide certain PII to Sponsor in order to have access to certain features on the Website. Such PII shall include basic biographical information, such as your name, address, and phone number. We may also ask you for general statistical, non-PII about your interests and lifestyle habits. Sponsor does not review Registrant Content before it is Posted to the Website, and does not collect PII from Registrant Content unless there is a compelling reason to do so. Unless you provide PII to Sponsor through the Website (e.g., through registration, Registrant Content, or by email), we will not collect any PII from you. We do not use your email address or other PII to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Website changes or for customer service purposes) and we may periodically send you newsletters or updates about our services and/or features, from which you will have the ability to "unsubscribe". Under what other circumstances may we release PII?We may also release your PII if we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law (e.g., a legal process or a statutory authorization), to apply or enforce our customer agreements, to protect our rights or property, to protect Registrants and/or Visitors from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Website, or if we reasonably believe that a danger to any person requires disclosure of such PII. Who will have access to Content that you Post to the Website?Please keep in mind that any Registrant Content that you Post to the Website will be publicly available and can be collected and used by Visitors. Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Visitors when you upload Registrant Content. Any videos that you submit to the Website may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you may not use Registrant Content in any manner which competes with, or which may compete with, Sponsor. What other information does Sponsor collect?We also collect anonymous and aggregate information from you about your preferences in navigating the Website by using cookies, action tags, log files, clear GIFs ("web beacons") and other methods. Cookies are small text files that identify your computer. We may use cookies to, among other things, monitor Website usage, customize Website features, identify your computer's operating system and browser, and complete transactions. An action tag is a small, graphic image on a webpage that is designed to allow the website owner or a third party to monitor who is visiting a website by collecting the IP address of the computer to which the tag is sent, the URL of the webpage that the tag comes from and the time that such webpage was viewed. How do we store information?Sponsor takes reasonable steps consistent with industry standards to assure that PII collected at registration is secured from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and destruction in storage while under our control. Please note that despite our efforts to safeguard information provided to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. Does Sponsor provide links to other websites?Sponsor may provide links to other websites or resources of possible interest to you. Because we have no control over such websites or resources, the collection and use of your PII and other information by such websites shall be subject to the policies and procedures of such websites and not this Privacy Policy. What are our policies regarding children?This Website is not directed to persons under thirteen (13) years of age. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to become a Registrant. Sponsor will not knowingly collect PII from anyone under thirteen (13) years of age. If we learn that PII of persons under thirteen (13)years of age has been collected on the Website without verified parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. Do we have a mechanism to address the removal of PII and complaints about the handling of information that we collect?If you wish to remove PII that you have submitted to Sponsor, simply go to the My IntheGlo section of the website and update your user profile.
