Take these precautions when creating a listing and/or contacting a seller or service provider.

While we are striving to connect buyers and sellers like never before through video, we still want you to be careful when giving out your personal contact information. We suggest communicating through IntheGlo profile pages or setting up an email just for your IntheGlo business.

IntheGlo recommends using PayPal for all transactions because it is safe and reliable. We recommend not giving out your personal credit card number, bank account number or any other financial information to any seller on IntheGlo as it could be a scam or fraud.

If any IntheGlo user is bullying you or making you feel uncomfortable on IntheGlo contact us immediately at safety@intheglo.com.

If you find an offensive video that curses, is racially charged, shows nudity or does not fit into IntheGlo's Terms of Use you can flag the video by clicking the little red flag underneath the video. Your flag request will be sent to our security team.

While most IntheGlo transactions will take place via the web, when going to pick up a product or meeting a service provider, please keep these precautions in mind

Try not to go alone. Bring a friend or family member along with you. If you cannot take someone with you be sure to tell friends and family where you are going and when. Be sure to take your cell phone with you and have it on your person at all times. Trust your gut. If things seem off-- they are. Leave immediately.
